1. Order Processing Time​

All orders are processed within 7-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged:

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
